Terms

Effective March 15, 2026

Simple terms for using DraftGhost.

These terms explain the basic rules for using DraftGhost. They are written to be readable, not theatrical. If you use DraftGhost, create an account, or buy a subscription, these terms apply to you.

You keep control

You decide what to submit, what to publish, and what to edit. DraftGhost helps with structure and speed.

You are responsible for your content

You must review output before you post, publish, share, or rely on it.

Paid plans are recurring

If you subscribe, billing renews until canceled, subject to the billing terms below.

Using the service

DraftGhost is a creator workflow tool that helps turn rough ideas, transcripts, and voice notes into structured drafts. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You must be old enough to use the service where you live and able to form a binding agreement. If you use DraftGhost on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Your account

  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or intended product use.
  • Provide accurate account and billing information when you sign up or subscribe.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless the activity results from our own security failure.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use DraftGhost to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, or violate privacy rights.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or abusive material.
  • Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, scrape private data, or try to access accounts or systems you do not own.
  • Do not reverse engineer or copy the service in a way that exceeds what applicable law clearly allows.

Your content and our limited rights

You retain your rights in the notes, audio, prompts, transcripts, and other content you submit to DraftGhost, as well as the output DraftGhost returns to you, subject to any rights that may belong to third parties or platform rules that apply to your use case.

You give DraftGhost a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and format that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI output and creator responsibility

DraftGhost is a drafting tool, not a publishing authority, legal advisor, or source of guaranteed factual accuracy. Output may be incomplete, generic, incorrect, or unsuitable for your audience or platform.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before you publish it, rely on it, or share it with others. DraftGhost does not guarantee reach, engagement, platform performance, compliance, or business results.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some parts of DraftGhost may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you authorize recurring billing through our payment processor until you cancel.

Pricing, usage limits, and plan features may change over time. Changes apply prospectively. You can manage or cancel paid plans through the billing portal when that option is available in your account.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of DraftGhost from time to time. We aim for reliability, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using DraftGhost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that harms DraftGhost or others.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, DraftGhost is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.

To the extent allowed by law, DraftGhost and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. If the law allows a direct-damages cap, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify users before the change applies.
